Where is ostrava in 1 1
Fourth encounter Penetrator Archstone. For some reason I saved him three times as necessary and when I returned to to push to the end he was nowhere to be found on the location and I fought his phantom near the tower. Anybody know what happens if you save him on the lord's path after you've already completed Where does be appear afterwards? Actually a great npc tbh. You defeat his black phantom form which frees him from the curse that binds the souls of travellers into slavery and by doing so you grant him true death in a heroic way.
Honestly fits the games bleak atmosphere flawlessly. What happens in if YOU die while trying to save him? I pulled the lever and tried to save him but died during the process, he had more than half health as i faded to the respawn screen. What was this guy thinking venturing into Boletaria? Dude sucks and constantly needs to be rescued. He should have taken up Bocce Ball instead of a sword I blame the parents.
Just found the mausoleum key sitting on the nexus perch where he would sit.. I just saved him in and went through the gates to kill the red knights and now I can't find him. Where does he spawn if I exit the level?
This NPC sucks I hit the lever and prepare to save him, and hes like glitches somewhere else. The two knights are literally nowhere, but I see his health bar going down hard. He dies. And I search through the level in its entirety twice over with the friend phantom. There's no body to be found.
Im pissed, so I go back to try and find the body for the key. And the two knights are there at the top of the steps, but he's not there Again looked all throughout the level and his corpse is nowhere to be found. Now im screwed out of the key. So I assume if the red eye knights kill you after you open that shortcut he 'dies', right? Boy, its easy to see why From's design philosophies have changed over the years.
That was some utter garbage. Anyone knows what happens if you do not rescue him anywhere, then you see his black phantom but you do not attack him? Does Ostrava disappear after his black phantom spawns? Sign In Help Sign Out. Toggle navigation. Search Results. Ostrava, of Boletaria Health After the dragon is dead get Black Phantom Ostrava to notice you and make him follow you outside.
Biorr will attack Black Phantom Ostrava for massive damage hits , but Black Phantom Ostrava will refuse to fight Biorr either turning around and walking slowly or just stand still.
Melee Take care, Ostrava's heavy combos are pretty dangerous. Cheap Melee Black Phantom Ostrava will sometimes roll under pressure in melee combat; this can be used to your advantage if he is fought on the long bridge where he spawns. Dealing adequate damage in melee while the player and Ostrava are facing in nearly any direction not parallel to the bridge has the potential to cause him to roll to his doom. Be wary, however, as this can sometimes result in his armaments not spawning properly on load.
Super Cheap Melee In Boletarian Palace after rescuing him, if you attack him he will ask you to stop. If you let him walk away and attack him again, he'll ask you to stop again without becoming hostile.
You can take advantage of this: backstab him, wait that he walks away and backstab him again. Rinse and repeat until he dies and enjoy your loots. Also works in after he is rescued from the knights. Killing Ostrava early allows you to get the Mausoleum Key which unlocks the secret battle with Old King Doran detailed below. Ostrava can be killed at any point in the game, regardless of how far his quest line has proceeded.
In fact, two quests actually end up killing Ostrava as part of their narratives. Saving Yurt in and allowing him to return to the Nexus causes him to kill a new NPC every time you defeat a boss.
Once everyone in the Nexus is dead including Ostrava , Yurt turns his sight on you. If you choose to kill Yurt, you'll be able to start Mephistopheles' side quest. Mephistopheles more or less tasks you with picking up where Yurt left off, killing everyone in the Nexus. Naturally, this forces you to kill Ostrava as part of the quest line. Mephistopheles' quest is worth doing in full, but keep in mind it'll lock you out of virtually every other storyline in Demo's Souls. Past the first fog gate above, however, is a hidden pathway that leads directly to Ostrava.
So long as Ostrava is alive and has been rescued, he will always follow you throughout the Archstone of the Small King — needing rescuing every single time save for the last. Ostrava can be found immediately at the beginning of , trapped behind the left gate in the starting room with all of the Hoplite. Do keep in mind that returning to the Nexus without defeating the Tower Knight will respawn Ostrava behind the gate when returning to King Doran is the Everlasting One, founder of Boletaria, and protector of the two swords.
Ha ha, of couse, only according to legend! But in the dark state of our land, sometimes legends are all we have In the alley after killing Red Eye Knights: "You saved my life. This is the third time.
I am truly indebted to you. This is Now, I must go. My father the King awaits me. Inside the Nexus after saving: "King Allant led Boletaria with a round table of the bravest knights.
But today Boletaria is an abysmal mess. Vallarfax was lost, and Biorr slipped through the fissure, never to be heard from again. All the rest, along with Boletaria, are either devoured by the fog or fallen afoul of the demons. The Boletarian knights are no longer.
But perhaps our age will see the rise of new heroes, such as yourself. At the staircase: "Oh, it's you, is it? My father is up above. Ha ha, well, something like him, anyway. A demon in his shape. I began this quest to ask my father his reasons, to drag him back to the path of righteousness But it seems it was all in vain. Please kill my father. In his depraved state, he can only bring peril to these lands. This key Inside the mausoleum lies father's sword, the Demonbrandt, twin of Soulbrandt.
Use it to bring an end to his madness. The name 'Ostrava' is actually an alias. Ostrava's true name is Ariona Allant, and he is the son of King Allant.
He previously lived with his uncle, Lord Rydell who is also known as 'Little Allant' somewhere within the southern kingdom of Latria. He travels in typical Latrian armor, the Fluted Set. He is described as a wise and kind soul, albeit pampered, by others and often finds himself in dangerous situations where he is overwhelmed and surrounded by enemies and in need of aid.
Throughout his quest line, the player will encounter him in those unsavory situations. Each time he is saved, Ostrava divulges more about his mission for the truth about his father and his homeland.
His search is ill-fated however, and he soon finds that Boletaria has changed dramatically since his return. He is either defeated by the demon or leaves immediately and rests upon the stairs to the castle until the arrival of the player.
